How much do you charge for delivery?
Our standard delivery charge is $5.00 during our introductory period (regularly $7.95). Additionally, if your restaurant subtotal is $65 or more, an automatic gratuity of 15% is automatically added to your total.
Do you accept call-in orders?
We accept call in orders anytime during these hours.

Do you Deliver Outside of The Woodlands?
Currently our delivery system is set up by zip code. If you live in any one of the following zip codes you are eligible for delivery from Eat Good Express.com.

How do I change an order after I have already placed it?
If you need to add or subtract an item from an order, or change any other information regarding your order, you will need to call us. If you need to make drastic changes, it might be easier for you to place a second order and have us cancel the initial one.
How do I confirm that my order has gone through?
When your order is placed you should see a thank you screen that gives you the option to view a text based version of your order. Click here for a sample. If you entered an e-mail address with your information, you should also receive an e-mail receipt that you can print or save. If you do not see a thank you screen or did not receive an e-mail and think you should have, feel free to call us to confirm that your order went through.
You can also pay online with a most major credit or debit cards, or you can use our Corporate Account Program and pay for all of your meals in one monthly statement.
Do I have to use my credit card online?
Eat Good Express.com uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure your transactions are safe, but if you would rather give us your credit card information over the phone, place your order as a cash order and then call us to let us know you need to change your payment method.
Do you have a delivery minimum?
For most restaurants the subtotal needs to be at least $15 before you can place your order.
How long does it take to deliver an order?
It takes an forty-five to sixty-five Minutes to deliver an order if you choose a delivery time of Soon as Ready. If you choose for your order to be delivered at a specific time, your order must be placed at least one hour before that time. Please note: during peak delivery times and inclement weather, additional time may be required.
How long in advance can I place my order?
You can place your order anywhere from one hour in advance to days or even weeks in advance.

I dont always have access to the Internet, do you have printed menus?
There is our Printable Menus tool that can be used to generate printer friendly menus for your favorite restaurants.
I have a Eat Good Express coupon code (or gift certificate), how do I redeem it?
You must redeem your gift certificate code when you are filling out the information form of where you want your food delivered too. In the Box that says "Promotion or Gift Certificate Code." You merely put in your code then click validate and select the amount you want to go towards your order.
HELP! I cant seem to place my order.
Check to see if you are running any ad-blocking software. Some pop-up and ad-blockers will block JavaScript which our site uses to place your order. You may also check and make sure your browser has JAVA enabled and is installed properly (e.g. in IE 6 choose the Tools menu, then internet options and click the advanced tab to check for Java Settings). If you are still having trouble please call us.

HELP! Whenever I add items to my cart, my browser crashes or freezes.
Some older browsers and the Macintosh version of Internet Explorer have trouble using our site. We suggest updating your browser, using an alternate one, or trying our Alternate Shopping Cart.

Note: Although Internet Explorer on Macintosh has had trouble on our site, the Safari browser and new versions of Netscape (7) should work fine.
