All platters serve 10 to 14 people. Prefered 24 hour notice on all platter orders.

Four racks of tender, marinated baby back pork ribs, served with extra sauce for dipping.

Seasoned Baby Back Ribs fire-grilled and basted with Fridays barbecue sauce.

Glazed with our original Friday's Jack Daniel's sauce.
California Club Sandwich
Mesquite smoked turkey breast, cripy bacon, ham and Monterey Jack cheese stacked on toasted Ciabatta bread with tomatoes, shredded Romaine lettuce, fresh avocado and mayonnaise. Platter includes mustard and mayonnaise packets.
Tuscan Spinach Dip Platter
Parmesan and Romano cheeses blended with spinach, artichokes and sauteed onions and peppers. Served with our red and white tortilla chips.
